Mountain girl

Can you believe I have always thought of myself as an outdoor girl.
Seriously I grew up in a village,climbed trees,herded cows,goats even pigs and oh! walked miles carrying water from a well 25Liters in fact and was a champion  at a sling shot too.
Guess what I did for the first time ....darrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr HIKING!
I went hiking in the mountains the true natural wild,
I was one with nature,thirsty,tired,dusty and dirty but I was at peace because it was peaceful there was so much green and poo! peewee from the wild animals such as the buck and wildebeest.
My goodness it was an experience I would  not expect to find in the hard concrete jungle of Johannesburg
I truly enjoyed it this chatterbox was awed by nature.

R.I.P Maya Angelou Phenomenal woman!

Dear all Maya Angelou has lived and inspired many to accomplished so much through her literary gift.
I fell in  love with words and reading because of Maya Angelou and her love,passion and skill were limitless.Right  now I wish I could be as poetic and lyrical as should to give a fitting tribute to a Phenonmenal woman of words here is my attempt though its rusty it comes from the heart....

                        oozing passionate blazing soul unlimited

                 True woman to the bone,
                     Mother to all 
                       Mentor to molding minds

                           flow of inspiration
                            seedlings of your thoughts
